"Incremental work" explained on real-life examples

This is a short video about incrementality. In software development “increment” — a new working version of the program. In a broader sense, increment is the next useful version of the product. And it is “ready” in terms of quality and usefulness. However, it does not necessarily have all the necessary characteristics and features. It is another subset of features each iteration.
